RAW Annual Membership Terms & Conditions

• Monthly Billing: As a RAW Member, your automatic payments will be securely processed and collected monthly via credit card. Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment for memberships.

• Payment of Services: Complete payment for all products and additional services rendered must be made at the time of your treatment.

• Discount Policies: Membership discounts and perks apply exclusively to regular-priced offerings and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, flash sales, or discounts.

• Program Modifications: All products, services, and treatment zones offered at RAW are subject to change. Members will be notified of any adjustments to membership pricing, terms, or conditions at least 15 days in advance.

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial 3-month commitment. Memberships cannot be canceled within the first 3 months. Because our memberships are structured for quarterly treatments, you must complete all 3 monthly payments within a treatment quarter before a cancellation can be processed.

• No Pauses: Please note that RAW memberships cannot be paused or placed on temporary hold.

• Non-Transferable: Memberships and perks are strictly non-transferable and must be redeemed exclusively by the account holder.

• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up for a RAW membership.

• Perk Expiration: For memberships that include rotating or complimentary perks (such as monthly wellness items), you have 30 days from your monthly renewal date to redeem them. Unused monthly perks will expire and do not roll over to the next month.

• Account Credits: Any accrued membership credits must be fully used before canceling your account, or they will permanently expire on the final day of your active membership period.

• Tox Membership Caps: Memberships including tox treatments allow for a maximum of 4 wrinkle-relaxer treatments per year, capped at 64 units per treatment session. Treatment zones and units cannot be banked or rolled over for a future quarter or subsequent visit.

• Eligible Tox Treatment Zones: Valid treatment areas for membership tox treatments include the glabella ("elevens"), crow’s feet, and/or forehead lines. Membership tox is not valid for advanced or off-label procedures, including masseters (jawline slimming/teeth grinding), platysmal neck bands, lip flips, gummy smiles, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), or migraines.

• Right of Refusal: RAW Rejuvenation Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to review memberships and deny, suspend, or cancel your membership at any time if the terms of this agreement are not met.

• Final Sales: Any monthly membership charges that have already been processed for renewal are final and non-refundable.

• Lapsed Accounts: If a membership payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to provide updated credit card information. If updated billing is not received within 7 days, your membership will be automatically canceled.
