How Our Memberships Work

  • The RAW Bank ($99/mo): 100% of your monthly fee transfers automatically into your digital RAW wallet. Every dollar is yours to use as you wish—save it up for a major transformation, or spend it right away on your regular routine. Your banked funds never expire as long as your membership remains active!

  • The RAW VIP Pass ($29/mo): This is a flat monthly access fee that instantly unlocks your VIP 10% discount and booking perks. This fee does not accrue in your account or act as a credit toward services.

Commitment & Cancellation Policy

  • Short-Term Commitment: To protect the integrity of our VIP pricing, memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. After 3 months, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time after the initial 3 months by providing a 30-day written notice via email. There is no fee to cancel.

  • Remaining Bank Balance: If a RAW Bank membership is canceled, you have exactly 30 days from the date of cancellation to redeem your remaining wallet balance toward any service or product offered at RAW. After 30 days, any unused banked funds are forfeited.

  • No Cash Refunds: There are no cash or credit card refunds issued in lieu of products or services provided by RAW.

Discounts, Exclusions & Rewards

  • No Double-Dipping: Membership pricing and the 10% discount cannot be combined with already discounted services, seasonal specials, coupons, flash sales, promotions, or model pricing unless explicitly stated by RAW.

  • Manufacturer Rewards: Yes, you can use your points! Manufacturer rewards points (like Evolus Rewards for Jeuveau, or Aspire) can be seamlessly combined with your membership benefits and banked funds at any time.

  • Model Opportunities: Members receive priority access to volunteer as models during RAW training days. However, participation is not guaranteed, as model selection is based entirely on the specific anatomical needs of the training. Please note that "Model Pricing" is already heavily discounted and cannot be combined with your standard 10% membership discount.
